Allsop Letting & Management (ALM) is a specialist residential property management company providing end‑to‑end management solutions for institutional investors, corporate landlords and large‑scale residential portfolios across the UK. Established in 1999 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Allsop LLP, ALM was created to deliver dedicated management services to the residential investment, PRS and Build to Rent markets.

Our core objective is to maximise investor returns while delivering the highest standards of professional care to landlords, residents and their assets. We provide a fully integrated offer spanning mobilisation, design and specification consultancy, marketing, lettings, estate and facilities management, leasehold management and asset management, ensuring operational excellence throughout the lifecycle of each development

Experience & Market Position

ALM was one of the UK’s earliest operators focused specifically on large‑scale residential portfolio management and Build to Rent communities, contributing to the establishment and evolution of professional rental housing in the UK.

We manage more than 10,000 residential units nationwide, including institutional‑grade multi‑family and single‑family assets, supported by a team of 200 property professionals working across our London, Leeds and Manchester offices, on‑site teams at major developments, and field‑based Asset Managers across the regions.

ALM is fully regulated by RICS and is a member of ARMA, ARLA, the UKAA and the British Property Federation, reflecting our commitment to robust governance, compliance and professional standards.

We have mobilised a number of award winning BtR and SFH schemes and understand what it takes in order to achieve a best in class operational asset. From design and procurement specification through to brand creation and customer service we believe we can curate a service that achieves the financial returns required by our clients. Allsop pursue independent scrutiny of our service through HomeViews which is a wholly independent customer review platform a little like TripAdvisor. In this manner we’re able to collate data on resident feedback and ensure this informs future design and procurement decisions made by our clients on their sites.
