Allsop places huge value on our customer experience and it is for that reason we regularly ask for their opinion through move in/out surveys as well as an annual survey to ensure we are gaining the latest insights from our customers. That insight has enabled us to make design amendment decisions on pipeline stock as well as deliver meaningful and cost-effective asset management strategies at existing sites. Homeviews is an independent customer review platform. Scrutiny is something we welcome as an operator as the marginal gains we can achieve set us apart from our competitors. Access to this data is of course hugely valuable and it would be our intention to utilise that data to better assist with the pursuit of the ideal amenity provision.
