Allsop would propose to manage the scheme on Yardi. Yardi is an end to end software solution providing a true CRM system integrated with Rent Café the rental portal which allows residents to view available stock, book viewings and reserve units all online. Allsop prefer to manage the entire customer journey including leasing. However, we recognise that it might be challenging to directly lease the units considering the existing tech as well as the critical mass at site. For that reason we have allowed for an independent local agent to be appointed for the sites but would still envisage Allsop managing the end to end customer journey including referencing. Allsop would drive rents through our Asset Management team and would ensure a portfolio approach was taken to rental growth.
