Allsop Staff Structure

The structure chart below demonstrates Allsop's 3 core business units. Whilst the chart doesn't show all staff, it does show all Allsop staff that CDL and the respective site teams would come into contact with on a regular basis. Allsop is a partner-led business and as a result, every client has an executive-level client lead. This is something we are proud to promote as a USP and ensures the executive team are always available to the client for advice on matters relating to their asset.

Allsop recognise that Simon Wilkinson has been leading on the Asset Management approach for CDL’s scheme in Birmingham. With two additional assets to come online we believe it would be prudent to give CDL an Asset Manager that is exclusively theirs. We have identified two potential recruits and if successful would recruit the individual immediately so that they could form part of the Mobilisation project. The mobilisation would be managed by Will Jones as has been the case on The Octagon.

The opportunity presented by CDL is a significant one, we are committed to ensuring the resource arrangements from an operational, financial, and H&S reporting perspective are not in doubt.
