Yardi is an end to end software solution providing a true CRM system integrated with Rent Café the rental portal which allows residents to view available stock, book viewings and reserve units all online. Yardi’s property management system, Voyager would be used to manage all property related functions including management of repairs whilst the Yardi finance system ensures institutional grade finance and operational reports can be produced. Importantly because our system is integrated it results in consistent reporting across a myriad of elements.

Allsop operate on a Microsoft M365 platform and so integration with Power BI for reporting is also possible. We are able to produce a live data dashboard branded for either the building or for the client. This allows you as the client to present your own live data set as an end to end solution for your partners. Due to the importance we place on H&S and the changing nature of legislation we have a specialist system called Riskwise which enables clients to dial in and see live compliance performance. Our clients such as Land Securities and Aviva also use this system on their wider portfolios and so we are confident this is a best in class offering.
