Insurance
Allsop maintains comprehensive insurance coverage across several key areas. We hold Professional Indemnity Insurance with a six-year run-off period, ensuring continued protection for past professional services. Our Employers’ Liability Insurance provides cover up to £10 million, while our Public Liability Insurance also offers protection up to £10 million. In addition, we have Cyber Insurance with a value of £5 million to safeguard against digital threats. We also maintain Directors and Officers Insurance to support and protect our leadership team in the course of their duties.
Qualifications
Our Health & Safety team brings a wealth of expertise and industry-recognised qualifications, ensuring compliance and best practice across all operation. Our Compliance Manager, Shane Lambert has a IOSH Managing Safely qualification, whilst our Head of Health and Safety Mat Thompson holds qualifications in the below:
NCRQ Level 6 Certificate in Applied Health and Safety.
NCRQ Level 6 Certificate in Personal Injury Liability and Absence Reduction.
NEBOSH - General Certificate.
BOHS P405 - Asbestos Management.
BOHS P402 – Asbestos Surveying and Sampling.
UKATA – NNLW Asbestos Works.
L8 – Legionella Management.
Qualified in ME Facilities (mechanical).

Allsop Letting and Management is a RICS regulated firm RICS (Allsop L&M COO is currently chair of the Global Property Agency and Management Standards expert working committee) BPF, ARMA, IRPM, ARLA Propertymark, ICO, Rent Smart Wales, UKAA.
Urban Land Institute NAEA The Property Ombudsman TDS UK SFA Living Wage Employer Allsop also hold a Primary Authority Partnership with Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service. Allsop are members of The Property Ombudsman for redress.
