It reflects the initial setup designed to ensure a high standard of service delivery from day one, while also offering the flexibility to scale and adapt as more stock is transferred to Allsop.

Although not every team member is shown, it highlights all Allsop staff that Starlight and the on-site teams can expect to engage with regularly. This ensures a clear understanding of key roles and points of contact at this early stage in the partnership.

Allsop is actively monitoring resource requirements as the portfolio grows and is in the process of building a business unit fully dedicated to servicing Starlight. Our structure is designed to pivot resources seamlessly between mobilisation and ongoing asset management, ensuring a consistent and efficient service as each scheme transitions through its lifecycle.

We also operate using Starlight’s instance of Yardi, working collaboratively to ensure all relevant data points are captured and structured in a way that supports future acquisition opportunities. This integration allows for shared visibility, smarter decision-making, and a more strategic use of operational data.

As a partner-led business, Allsop provides every client with an executive-level lead, ensuring direct access to senior decision-makers at all times. In addition, clients benefit from the broader capabilities of the Allsop group — including valuation, research, capital markets advice, and Build-to-Rent (BTR) agency expertise.
