Allsop has a well-established reputation in the Build‑to‑Rent (BTR) space, having leased and stabilised numerous schemes across the UK. The strong appeal of our product in the transactional market is demonstrated by the successful sale of multiple assets across the portfolio, many achieving record-setting yields and pricing in their respective markets. Our national reach is further evidenced by being the first to stabilise BTR assets in cities such as Newcastle, Manchester, and Salford, showcasing our pioneering leadership in regional markets.

In London, we managed The Lark in Nine Elms — the largest prime London BTR asset to date — which transacted for approximately £101 million, reinforcing our strength in top-tier urban environments. One of our Manchester developments, Duet, was sold in March 2022 for £73.85 million, securing a net initial yield below 4%, reflecting strong investor appetite for high-quality regional BTR. Additionally, Allsop currently manages The Keel in Liverpool, recognised as the first regional UK BTR scheme to launch, further underlining our commitment to market-first delivery.

We are also preparing to launch The Octagon, a landmark 370-unit scheme in Birmingham, which will be the tallest octagonal building in Europe and the city’s first skyscraper — a statement development that signals our continued ambition and ability to lead in emerging BTR locations.
