  6. Speak on panels only where organisers commit to have a panel diversified by gender and ethnicity.

  9. Personally engage with the diverse range of the workforce in your business in order to broaden your perspective.

The Environment

Both as a firm and as individuals, the impact we can have on the environment matters to us.

We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and actively seek to conserve energy and resources by minimising waste, recycling where possible and making the best use of renewable resources.

As a member of the Property Advisers Forum , Allsop seed funded the Better Building Partnerships ESG course designed for Surveyors , Investors and Investment Managers . A number of Allsop staff have now attended this course and are actively encouraged to join us on our journey towards a greener and more sustainable business where we challenge and collaborate to inspire fresh ideas to help bring about change, however small.
